Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. • 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, with a significant focus on digital transformation and automation. • Proven experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), IoT platforms, and data analytics software. • Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and digital factory principles. • Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team. • Experience in project management and implementing complex technological solutions.
