Remote Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Lead

About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Remote Industrial Engineer to lead their Process Improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, assessment, and prioritization of process improvement opportunities across the business.

• Oversee the execution of process improvement projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement, with a strong track record of leading significant initiatives.

• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certification preferred) and other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a remote or distributed organization.
