Remote Industrial Engineer - Process Optimization

About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Remote Industrial Engineer to focus on process optimization . Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote analysis of current operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement using data analysis and process mapping.
• Develop and document standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for various functions.
• Design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Utilize simulation and modeling tools to test and validate proposed process changes before full-scale implementation.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments and time zones through virtual communication channels.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, recommendations, and project progress for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in industrial engineering , with a strong emphasis on process analysis and improvement.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Skilled in using process modeling software, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python), and project management software.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in a remote work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective virtual collaboration.
