Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation using industrial engineering principles.
• Develop detailed process maps, flowcharts, and SOPs for complex operations.
• Utilize data analytics and statistical tools to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement solutions for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies relevant to industrial engineering and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, R, Python) and process modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and Six Sigma methodologies .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment .
• Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement in a virtual setting.
