About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Remote Industrial Process Specialist to join their virtual operations team. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex industrial processes, identifying bottlenecks, waste, and areas for enhancement.
• Design and develop optimized process flows, operational strategies, and system improvements using advanced engineering techniques.
• Utilize data analytics, simulation tools, and Lean Manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
• Create comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, and best practice guides for remote implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate closely with virtual teams, including engineers, operations managers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed process modifications and technological investments.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, process design, and optimization.
• Demonstrated success in leading and implementing large-scale process improvement initiatives.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in process simulation software, data analysis tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and remote project management skills.
