Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the organization's overall information security strategy and architecture.
• Lead and mentor a global, remote security team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures across all organizational units.
• Manage and orchestrate the incident response plan, ensuring rapid and effective mitigation of security events.
• Oversee risk management activities, including vulnerability assessments and threat intelligence analysis.
• Champion security awareness training programs for all employees, adapted for a remote environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in information security , with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing enterprise-level security strategies.
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies , threat vectors, and mitigation techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, suited for remote team management.
• Experience managing security in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is essential.
