This role is essential for ensuring that client systems are set up correctly and operate seamlessly, all managed from a dedicated remote workspace. You will guide customers through the installation process, configure software and hardware settings, and perform initial testing to guarantee successful deployment.

Your expertise in installation & maintenance , combined with excellent communication skills, will be key to providing a positive and efficient client experience. Key Responsibilities • Provide remote assistance and guidance for the installation of client systems and software. • Configure hardware and software settings according to client specifications and company standards. • Perform initial system testing and validation to ensure successful implementation and functionality. • Troubleshoot and resolve any setup or configuration issues encountered during the installation process. • Document all installation procedures, configurations, and resolutions in the client management system. • Educate clients on basic system operation and maintenance procedures remotely.

Requirements • Proven experience in technical installation , configuration, or a similar support role. • Strong understanding of IT systems , networks, and software applications. • Familiarity with remote access and support tools is essential. • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain technical processes clearly. • Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to problem-solving. • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
