Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote guidance and support for the installation and configuration of new equipment and systems for clients.

• Conduct virtual walk-throughs and troubleshooting sessions to assist clients during the setup process.
• Ensure all installations meet the required technical standards, performance benchmarks, and regulatory compliance.
