About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and technically-minded Remote Installation Coordinator to manage the scheduling and execution of equipment installations across various client sites. Operating entirely remotely, you will liaise between clients, field technicians, and internal support teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Your role will be crucial in optimizing installation schedules, managing logistics, and troubleshooting potential roadblocks before they impact service. Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate on-site installation appointments for field technicians.
• Serve as the primary remote point of contact for installation-related inquiries from clients and technicians.
• Manage the logistics of equipment delivery and technician dispatch for installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts or logistical issues that arise during the installation process.
• Maintain accurate records of installation schedules, technician availability, and project status.
• Ensure adherence to installation and maintenance protocols and client requirements.

Requirements
