About the Role

You will play a critical role in diagnosing issues, guiding users through installation processes, and advising on maintenance best practices without being physically present. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems.

• Guide clients through step-by-step installation procedures using detailed documentation and communication tools.

• Diagnose technical issues reported by clients, offering clear and actionable solutions via phone, email, or video conferencing.

• Develop and update remote support documentation, FAQs, and best practice guides for installation and maintenance tasks.

• Collaborate with on-site field teams by providing remote expertise and support during complex installations or repairs.

• Monitor system performance remotely and advise clients on necessary maintenance or upgrades to ensure optimal operation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technical support, installation, or maintenance roles, with a strong preference for remote support experience.

• Excellent understanding of common IT systems, network configurations, and troubleshooting methodologies.

• Proficiency in using remote access tools, ticketing systems, and communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).
