About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance and guidance to field installation crews regarding equipment setup and configuration.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose installation-related problems encountered by on-site teams, offering practical solutions.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and installation guides to assist field technicians.
• Monitor the progress of installations and proactively identify potential issues that may arise.

Requirements
