Key Responsibilities • Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, modules, and multimedia learning assets using various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective and learner-centered training experiences. • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information, define learning objectives, and ensure content accuracy and relevance. • Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive elements for online courses. • Conduct formative and summative evaluations of learning solutions to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards in a remote work environment.
