Key Responsibilities
• Monitor changes in insurance laws and regulations, assessing their impact on the company's operations and products.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews of business processes and documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance compliance , legal, or regulatory affairs.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a remote environment.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CLRP) are a plus.
