Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Remote Insurance Operations Lead to manage and optimize their day-to-day operational functions. This fully remote leadership position is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and smooth execution of all back-office insurance processes, including policy administration, customer service support, and system management. You will lead a remote team, drive process improvements, and ensure high standards of service delivery to clients and internal stakeholders, supporting the company's presence in areas like Soweto without requiring physical office attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of insurance operations, including policy issuance, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a remote team of operations specialists, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
