Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of remote insurance underwriters, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in insurance underwriting, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a remote team effectively.
• Deep understanding of risk assessment, pricing methodologies, and insurance products.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
