Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&A transactions, including deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, and negotiation.

• Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses to support capital raising activities and strategic advisory mandates.

• Prepare high-quality pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials for client engagements.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.

• Analyze market conditions and identify potential investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance remote culture.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or a related quantitative field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.

• Demonstrated track record of successfully originating and executing complex financial transactions.

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, DCF, LBO, and M&A analysis.

• Exceptional understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and valuation methodologies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
