Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with deal teams, clients, and other advisors throughout the transaction process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel .
• Experience creating professional and persuasive presentations using PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
