About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled Remote IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and maintain their robust IT infrastructure. This fully remote position is vital for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our client's networks, servers, and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of network architecture, server administration, and cloud technologies, combined with excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintaining a secure and efficient digital workplace.

Key Responsibilities • Oversee the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of servers, networks, and related hardware and software. • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations. • Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's IT infrastructure against threats. • Administer and manage cloud‑based services and infrastructure, optimizing for performance and cost‑effectiveness. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT systems, configurations, and procedures. • Provide technical support and guidance to internal users, resolving IT‑related issues efficiently.

Requirements • Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Specialist , Systems Administrator, or similar role in a remote capacity. • Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux). • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Proficiency in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V). • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. • Strong understanding of IT security best practices and data protection principles.
