Key Responsibilities • Provide expert-level remote troubleshooting and resolution for server, network, and cloud infrastructure issues. • Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. • Manage and maintain virtualized environments, including VMWare or Hyper‑V, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. • Implement and enforce IT security best practices, including patch management, vulnerability assessments, and access control. • Automate routine tasks and processes using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to improve operational efficiency. • Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps thoroughly.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure support , with a focus on remote administration. • Strong understanding of server hardware, operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and virtualization technologies. • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable. • Proficiency in scripting for automation and task management. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, essential for effective remote collaboration. • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Server+, MCSA, or cloud certifications are a plus.
