Remote IT Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their technology division in a fully remote capacity. This role is critical for driving the successful implementation of technology projects, including software development, system integrations, and infrastructure upgrades. You will manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-quality IT solutions. The ideal candidate is proficient in Agile methodologies, possesses excellent communication skills for remote collaboration, and has a proven ability to manage complex technology projects from initiation to successful deployment, fostering innovation in a virtual team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

• Acquire and develop project resources, including managing internal staff and third‑party consultants.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management.

• Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.

• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management .

• Proven experience managing software development, infrastructure, and/or systems integration projects.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, especially in a remote context.

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
