This role is critical for sourcing and placing highly skilled IT professionals in a demanding market. You will leverage your expertise in IT recruitment to connect clients with top talent in areas such as software development, cybersecurity, data science, and cloud computing. Operating remotely, you'll have the flexibility to manage your workload effectively while contributing to the success of clients across various industries and locations, including within Gauteng .

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top IT talent using advanced online sourcing techniques, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability for IT roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and organizational culture.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future opportunities.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive talent landscape.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in IT recruitment , either agency or in-house.
• Proven ability to source candidates for niche IT roles (e.g., Java Developers, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Analysts).
• Excellent understanding of the IT job market and technical terminology.
• Strong remote communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organizational abilities.
