Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with clients to define their specific IT talent needs, particularly in software development roles.
• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify top-tier software engineers, developers, and other IT professionals.
• Conducting in-depth technical screenings and competency-based interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Building and maintaining a strong, engaged pipeline of IT talent within the software development space.
• Staying current with emerging technologies, programming languages, and industry trends in software development.
• Ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilizing various recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and niche job boards.
• Providing clients with market insights and advice on IT talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing for software development roles (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, Full-Stack, Front-End, Back-End). Proven ability to understand technical requirements and effectively screen candidates for various programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Excellent sourcing skills and experience using advanced search techniques and social media for talent acquisition. Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM software. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions independently. Must be highly motivated, self-disciplined, and comfortable working remotely with excellent time management skills.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
