Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive remote technical support for network-related issues, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

• Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems, security breaches, and hardware/software malfunctions for end-users.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a strong focus on network infrastructure management.
• Proven expertise in configuring and troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewall policies.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and best practices for network security.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a systematic approach to diagnosing technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
