Key Responsibilities

• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new user accounts and equipment.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification; further IT education or certifications are a plus.
• Strong foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
