Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and refine janitorial operational strategies and cleaning standards for remote oversight. • Manage and support a network of on-site cleaning supervisors and teams through virtual communication channels. • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of cleaning services. • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations across all managed facilities. • Manage budgets for cleaning supplies and equipment for multiple locations, optimizing procurement and inventory control. • Conduct virtual inspections and performance reviews, utilizing technology to assess facility cleanliness and team effectiveness.

Requirements • Extensive experience in janitorial management or facilities operations, with a strong track record in supervisory roles. • Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively, utilizing digital communication and management tools. • In-depth knowledge of cleaning best practices, sanitation standards , and health and safety regulations. • Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Proficiency in using software for project management, communication, and data analysis. • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment .
