Remote Junior Sales Representative
AO Globe Life is seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Remote Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, work well with a team, and thrive in a fast‑paced work environment.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with policy inquiries, benefits information, and service support. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients via Zoom and phone calls to explain our permanent products and benefits. Work collaboratively with team members to meet shared performance goals.
Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support. Keep documentation and client files up to date to meet the company’s standards. Participate in team meetings. Requirements: Legally authorized to work in Canada. 1+ years of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation. Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment. Team‑oriented, self‑motivated, and eager to learn.
