You will leverage advanced logistics software to monitor driver progress, troubleshoot delivery exceptions in real-time, and communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and support teams. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage real-time last-mile delivery operations using specialized software.
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery issues, delays, or exceptions to minimize customer impact.
- Communicate effectively with drivers via mobile applications and phone to provide support and guidance.
- Coordinate with customer service teams to address and resolve customer delivery inquiries.
- Analyze delivery performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure optimal route planning and driver allocation for last-mile logistics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in last-mile logistics , dispatch, or delivery coordination.
- Proficiency with logistics management software and GPS tracking systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making skills under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for virtual interaction with drivers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high‑priority tasks remotely.
- Experience in a remote work environment is highly desirable.
