Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade blockchain architectures and solutions.
• Define technical roadmaps, standards, and best practices for blockchain implementations.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to blockchain development teams.
• Oversee the integration of blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
• Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of deployed blockchain networks.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and prototypes to validate architectural decisions.
• Stay abreast of emerging blockchain technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
• Present architectural designs and technical strategies to senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 10 years focused on blockchain technology.
• Deep understanding of various blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda) and their underlying principles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex, production-ready blockchain solutions.
• Proficiency in smart contract development and associated programming languages (e.g., Solidity, Go, Java).
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cryptography, and data security.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with blockchain.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive projects to successful completion in a remote setting.
