Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product development projects, from ideation to launch.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment among all project stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and market readiness activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on product development or new product introduction (NPI).
• Proven experience managing hardware or software product development cycles.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills for remote team management.
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software is a plus.
