Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of major civil infrastructure projects, ensuring technical integrity and compliance.
• Manage and mentor a team of civil engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance remote work environment.
• Oversee the development of project plans, specifications, cost estimates, and construction methodologies.
• Conduct thorough technical reviews and provide expert guidance to ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a significant focus on infrastructure project leadership.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams in a remote setting.
• Expertise in areas such as transportation, water resources, or structural engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant design standards, codes, and regulations in South Africa .
