About the Role

Operating from a remote capacity, you will guide engineering teams, review designs, ensure compliance with technical standards, and solve complex engineering challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance and leadership to construction engineering teams remotely.
• Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and calculations for compliance and constructability.
• Develop and implement engineering best practices and standards across projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and engineering issues that arise during construction.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Construction Engineer , with a proven track record in a leadership capacity.
• Deep knowledge of structural engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Proficiency with engineering design software and project management tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, effectively applied in a remote setting.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent qualification is essential.
