About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Cybersecurity Analyst to join their fully remote team. You will lead a dedicated team of security professionals, conduct threat assessments, and implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive data and systems.

Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls. • Lead threat intelligence gathering, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing activities. • Oversee incident response planning and execution, minimizing the impact of security breaches. • Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity analysts, providing guidance and fostering professional development. • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards. • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security into all aspects of technology operations. • Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and tools to enhance the organization's security posture.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 7+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity analysis and security operations. • Proven leadership experience in managing security teams and initiatives. • In-depth knowledge of network security, endpoint security , cloud security, and cryptography. • Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDPS). • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
