About the Role

Our client, a pioneering digital health and beauty platform, is seeking a Remote Lead Esthetician & Virtual Skin Health Educator to spearhead their online client education initiatives. This is a fully remote position that requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clinical esthetics and a passion for educating others. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging virtual content, including webinars, online courses, and personalized client consultations, focused on skin health and advanced esthetic practices. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of dermatological conditions, treatment protocols, and skincare ingredients, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will lead a team of remote estheticians and collaborate with product development to ensure educational materials are accurate and up-to-date.

This role demands a proactive approach to digital learning, a commitment to client success, and the ability to inspire and empower individuals to achieve optimal skin health. Your expertise will be pivotal in building trust and providing accessible, high-quality skin health education to a broad audience. Proximity to Randburg is not a requirement for this remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and deliver comprehensive virtual educational content on various skin health topics and esthetic treatments.
• Conduct in-depth virtual consultations with clients to assess skin conditions and provide personalized recommendations.
• Lead and mentor a team of remote estheticians, providing guidance on best practices and educational delivery.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align educational content with brand messaging and product launches.
• Design and implement online training modules for both clients and internal staff.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in dermatology, esthetics, and digital health technologies.
• Analyze client feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve educational offerings.
• Manage the content calendar for the education department, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to virtual sessions and platforms.
• Represent the company as a knowledgeable and trusted expert in skin health.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician, with significant experience in a clinical or medical spa setting.
• Advanced certification or degree in Esthetics or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering educational content, preferably in a virtual or online format.
• Expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions.
• Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and digital communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a remote team effectively.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and e-learning tools.
• Strong understanding of online content creation and digital marketing principles.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
