About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Remote Lead Human Resources Generalist to guide their HR function, supporting a distributed workforce that includes teams based in Sandton . This is a fully remote position, offering the ultimate flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa . You will be responsible for overseeing various HR operations, mentoring junior HR staff, and driving key HR initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive HR experience, capable of managing complex projects and fostering a positive, productive remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's remote-first culture and strategic goals.
• Provide expert HR guidance and support to employees and management across different locations.
• Oversee and mentor junior members of the HR team, fostering their professional development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
