Requirements • Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. • A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in mineral processing , with a proven track record in leading metallurgical projects. • Deep understanding of various comminution, flotation, leaching, and refining circuits. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a remote setting. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in metallurgical simulation software (e.g., METSIM, JKSimMet) and data analysis tools.
