Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a remote team of recruitment consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and successful placements.
• Drive business development initiatives, identifying and securing new client opportunities in the market.
• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans and sourcing methodologies for challenging roles.
• Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and ethical standards in all recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment consultancy , with a strong background in leading teams, preferably remotely.
• Proven success in managing large recruitment projects and executive searches.
• Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and virtual team management skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other digital recruitment tools for remote operations.
• Strong understanding of talent market dynamics and effective sourcing strategies.
