Key Responsibilities • Lead the reservoir engineering team in developing and executing comprehensive field development strategies. • Oversee reserve estimation and reporting processes in compliance with industry standards. • Conduct advanced reservoir studies, including simulation, material balance, and decline curve analysis. • Identify and evaluate opportunities for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and other production optimization initiatives. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering, with significant leadership experience. • Extensive expertise in reservoir simulation software, production forecasting, and economic analysis. • Proven track record in managing complex reservoir challenges and implementing successful EOR projects. • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills for remote team management.
