Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain comprehensive quality assurance standards and protocols for all sanitation operations.
• Design and implement effective inspection methodologies and audit procedures to assess sanitation quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze inspection data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing sanitation performance.
• Develop and deliver training materials and programs for sanitation staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with operations managers to address non-compliance issues and implement corrective action plans.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, new cleaning technologies, and emerging best practices in sanitation and quality control.
• Lead and mentor a team of remote quality assurance inspectors, ensuring consistent application of standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance findings, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the cleaning, sanitation, or facility management sectors.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing QA programs and conducting audits.
• Strong understanding of sanitation principles, chemical safety, and hygiene best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using standard office software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and guidance.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid team environment is highly advantageous.
• Certification in relevant quality assurance or sanitation fields is a plus.
