Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of complex pharmacology studies, including efficacy, PK/PD, and toxicology assessments.
• Manage and mentor a team of research scientists and technicians in a remote setting.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies for target validation and drug candidate evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across discovery, development, and clinical research.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.
Requirements
• Ph.D. in Pharmacology , Toxicology, or a related life science discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in drug discovery and development, with a strong track record in pharmacology .
• Proven leadership experience managing scientific teams and projects.
• Expertise in various in vitro and in vivo preclinical models.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills for remote leadership.
