Key Responsibilities

• Define and document the overall software architecture for new and existing systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Lead the technical design and implementation of critical software components and services.

• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms to meet project requirements.

• Establish and enforce coding standards, design principles, and best practices across development teams.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and quality.

• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering leadership, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architectural solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a software architecture role.

• Deep understanding of various architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, monolithic, event-driven) and their trade-offs.

• Expertise in designing and building scalable, high-availability, and fault-tolerant systems.

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and a strong grasp of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
