Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Extensive experience (7+ years) in software development, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams. • Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and experience with modern software architecture patterns. • Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and best practices in software development. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps principles. • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, especially in a remote work setting.
