Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable Energy Management Systems .
• Architect software solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Mentor and manage a distributed team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering collaboration.
• Define and implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or management role.
• Proven experience in designing and developing complex, distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in backend development languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with energy management concepts or IoT platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and remote team management skills.
