About the Role Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic, fully remote product team. You will guide a team of designers, conduct user research, and translate complex user needs into elegant and functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities • Lead the design process from concept to execution, developing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience. • Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure brand consistency and development efficiency. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals. • Mentor and guide a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of creativity and design excellence. • Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle. • Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and technologies.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 6+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity. • Proven experience in leading design projects and mentoring design teams. • Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design. • Experience conducting user research and usability testing. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
