About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and technically adept Remote Learning Platform Administrator to manage and optimize their online educational environment. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of their digital learning platforms, providing support to both educators and students in a remote setting. You will be responsible for user management, technical troubleshooting, content integration, and ensuring the overall integrity and usability of the learning management system (LMS). Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the institution's Learning Management System (LMS) and other remote learning tools.
- Provide technical support and training to educators and students using the remote learning platforms.
- Manage user accounts, enrollments, and permissions within the LMS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to platform access, functionality, and content display.
- Collaborate with content developers and instructors to upload and organize course materials.
- Monitor platform performance, generate reports, and recommend system improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar online platforms.
- Proficiency with major LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
- Strong understanding of online learning principles and best practices.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
