Requirements • Admitted Attorney of the High Court with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience. • Significant experience in drafting and negotiating complex technology contracts and licensing agreements. • Strong understanding of data privacy laws and IP protection within the tech landscape. • Proven ability to work independently and manage a demanding caseload in a fully remote capacity. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with or advising technology companies is highly desirable.
