Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of the legal department, including budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.

• Develop and refine legal processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage relationships with external legal service providers, negotiating rates and ensuring quality of service.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the legal department and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, law firm administration, or corporate legal department management.
• Strong understanding of legal technology tools and their application.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts.
