About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Logistics Coordinator with a specialization in Fleet Management to support their operations remotely, serving the Benoni region. This role involves overseeing the dispatch, tracking, and maintenance scheduling of a fleet of vehicles to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
This fully remote position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex logistics challenges from a distance, contributing to a highly efficient transportation network.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage the daily scheduling and dispatch of fleet vehicles to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor vehicle locations, performance, and utilization using fleet management software.
• Schedule and track routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for the fleet.
• Manage fuel card programs and monitor fuel consumption to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
