Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to confirm delivery details, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays or complications.
• Maintain accurate electronic records of all logistics activities, including manifests and delivery confirmations.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth loading and unloading processes.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, transportation planning, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote operations effectively.
