About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Logistics Dispatcher to manage the coordination of their transportation fleet, serving the Mossel Bay area and surrounding regions. In this role, you will be the central point of communication for drivers, clients, and operational management, ensuring seamless execution of delivery schedules and efficient resource allocation. You will utilize advanced dispatch software and communication tools to monitor routes, respond to real-time challenges, and maintain optimal fleet performance from the convenience of your home office. Key Responsibilities

• Assign routes and schedules to drivers, ensuring efficient use of fleet resources.
• Monitor driver activities and vehicle locations in real-time using dispatch software.

• Respond promptly to dispatch calls, customer inquiries, and operational disruptions.

Requirements
