Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient transportation plans, considering route optimization, load consolidation, and transit times.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for cost reduction and service improvement within the fleet operations.
• Collaborate with dispatch teams and carriers to ensure seamless execution of planned routes and schedules.
• Manage carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Monitor transportation performance metrics and generate regular reports on key performance indicators.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and disruptions in the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics planning, transportation management, or supply chain analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in logistics planning software and transport management systems (TMS) .
• Excellent understanding of transportation modes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills for managing external and internal stakeholders.
